“Outstanding stay!”

“The hotel stay was extremely disappointing. The rooms were dirty, the cleaning was terrible, and there was a strong, awful smell in the corridors. The manager even said they cook in the rooms, which is a fire hazard and a huge safety issue. Despite booking a non-smoking room, it smelled strongly of smoke. The entire property should be non-smoking, but even the rooms failed this standard. I would give zero stars if I could—completely unacceptable.”

“My room was a little dated, bathroom wise, but comfortable. Parking, staff, breakfast, all of that was great!”

“Not clean. Tub doesn’t drain. Non smoking rooms still smell like smoke. Breakfast is toast. Things are falling apart. Just dirty in general. Pillows sucked. Blankets sucked. Burn holes in the sheets. Mold growing on curtains. ”

“The property seemed somewhat run down although the room was clean. The internet wasn't working in some rooms, including mine. I was told I could use the internet in the breakfast room, in the main part of the building where the check-out counter is. So I only had internet when I left my room. The phone didn't work in my room. The tv worked so I found some good shows to watch and that got me through with a smile on my face. I liked the smell of the soap in the room and I liked the 2 bed...

“Place was clean an staff was great”

“We have stayed here in the past and although pricey, the amenities and cleanliness were worth it. This stay was quite different. We were not informed of the on-site renovations going on; this left amenities like the pool and ample parking closed. The price for the stay was still the same though! Our room was a king suite. There was an open bottle of ranch dressing and other food wrappers in the couch, bed wrinkled, but a nice hand written note from housekeeping to enjoy our stay. Front desk...

“Good for a short stay, amenities are good at this price. The staff seemed not friendly; I'm not sure, maybe I'm from Canada, so I was expecting more generosity, but that's optional. There was some kind of moisture smell in the room..”
