“It was just a very nice, clean, easy experience. I wanted my kids to be able to see New Orleans from our hotel room because they have never been before. As best she could, the lady who checked us in that is at least two the fifth floor, even though the kids wanted to go all the way to the top. “L'hotel è carino e ben tenuto ed è anche pulito ma trovo assurdo che non facciano le pulizie quotidiane e cambio asciugamani, se non dietro richiesta. Rischi di stare una settimana senza che puliscano la camera perché al check in non ti dicono che la pulizia va richiesta! Il personale è molto freddo e quasi scocciato. La colazione poco ricca e il latte era anche acido. È un vero peccato perché l'hotel nel complesso è particolare e carino e sopratutto in ottima posizione ”
