“The gym has several pieces of equipment that are broken, and the water dispenser has been out of service despite being reported multiple times with no action taken. The carpet in the room was dirty, and the bottom of the pool also needed cleaning. Overall, the property appears to be lacking in maintenance and upkeep. You get what you pay for.”

“I misunderstood the quality of hotel. It’s not good. There’s some rust on things on the room, the air conditioning vent is not clean. The bathroom fan was dusty. A lamp or two was out. There’s a bit of humidity or mustiness especially in the lobby. Everything was clean though and it wasn’t the worst. However, if you can spend a bit more, stay somewhere else. It’s also in a low income area.”

“There were towels for only 1 person. Had wait at front desk several minutes for someone to show up to get assistance. Please know that you only receive room service if you are there for 3 nights. It was a family trip and I to keep all 3 rooms kept as well as purchase towels and cleaning supplies from Walmart because it seemed to inconvenience the front desk staff. “L'hotel è carino e ben tenuto ed è anche pulito ma trovo assurdo che non facciano le pulizie quotidiane e cambio asciugamani, se non dietro richiesta. Rischi di stare una settimana senza che puliscano la camera perché al check in non ti dicono che la pulizia va richiesta! Il personale è molto freddo e quasi scocciato. La colazione poco ricca e il latte era anche acido. È un vero peccato perché l'hotel nel complesso è particolare e carino e sopratutto in ottima posizione ”

“This hotel exceeded my expectations. From the outside, it appears charming but much smaller than it actually is. Once inside, I was impressed by the spacious layout, from the lobby and bar to the pool area and numerous photo-worthy spots throughout the property.
