“Ottimo albergo, pulizia giornaliera, distante 20' dalla città, ma con un prezzo concorrenziale rispetto agli alberghi in pieno centro. Ottima colazione. Cordialità e gentilezza da parte di tutti.”

“Room's furniture was old and broken... Room smelled rusty... The carpet smells bad...”

“Room was clean but courtyard was dirty lots of smoking and cig buds on ground. Pool was dirty and breakfast was not what advertised.”

“Room had a sour smell and noticed the sheets and blanket on the bed had a sour smell, like they were left on the washing machine too long then placed in the dryer. They brought just sheets we had to change them ourselves and they didn’t even remove the sour sheets from our room. Not a pleasant stay this time will be finding another place to stay when I return.”

“Clean room. Dark neighborhood. Breakfast was not good. No egg no hot food other than one waffle station.”

“The gym has several pieces of equipment that are broken, and the water dispenser has been out of service despite being reported multiple times with no action taken. The carpet in the room was dirty, and the bottom of the pool also needed cleaning. Overall, the property appears to be lacking in maintenance and upkeep. You get what you pay for.”

“This is a comfy place located on the streetcar lane with friendly staff. It includes breakfast and off street parking. Great historical place to stay, just as described!”

“The manager was extremely rude. I was checking in when there was an issue with the system, so I asked why it was taking so long. Instead of explaining what was happening, she kept making dismissive facial expressions. Rather than speaking to me, she repeatedly pointed at the card reader for me to tap my credit card. She continued making those faces until I told her that she could simply speak to me—I wasn’t deaf. She then became visibly upset and threw my room key card toward me.”

“Nice &relaxing stay in New Orleans. Very nice and quiet neighborhood. Away from the busy area in downtown.”

“There were towels for only 1 person. Had wait at front desk several minutes for someone to show up to get assistance. Please know that you only receive room service if you are there for 3 nights. It was a family trip and I to keep all 3 rooms kept as well as purchase towels and cleaning supplies from Walmart because it seemed to inconvenience the front desk staff. However, there was a maintenance gentleman on staff that went out his way to help me. I didn't get his name, but his attitude,...

“Fantastico. Camere pulitissime, zona servita da ogni cosa, ristoranti, farmacie, negozi, vicinissima alle dimore storiche del Garden District. Personale incredibilmente gentile e disponibile, se avete un auto a noleggio c'è il parcheggio al coperto incluso. Non riesco a trovare un difetto. Il prezzo è largamente al di sotto della qualità. Tutto eccellente. P.S. attraversate la strada e il tram n 12 vi porta dritti al French Quarter. Che altro aggiungere? Grazie!”
