“The hotel is beautifully decorated, very modern and cozy at the same time. The terrace on the lobby was one of my favorite spots at the hotel. The rooms are big and the beds are very comfortable. The staff is extremely nice and welcoming! Loved our stay at the Henrietta Hotel”

“I used to think of the Pontchartrain Hotel as the "Grand Dame" along St. Charles. For us it was a worn out disappointment. The first inkling was when we checked in, were given and actual metal key to the room, and warned not to lose it and incur a $250 fine!
