“Staff was great and did their best but it’s clear management is not operating this like a true hotel. There was no concierge on duty after 5pm, even though the booking says one is available 24/7. We were told there was free coffee and paid breakfast available at Common House starting at 8:30am - but they failed to mention it doesn’t open until 10am on the weekend so neither is actually an option.
