“Breakfast was great!”

“Saw a large beetle in the gym, another one in the hallway. No ventilation in the bathroom. Rundown, dirty hallways going from parking lot to elevator. Service is poor. I left something behind in the room, they asked me to fill out a customs form in order to mail it to me. I sent it back, and haven't heard back, been almost a week. Definitely regret staying there.”

“Had difficulty in parking. The receiption desk told me without sharing concern that I was reaching there in the midnight to park and there was no parking due to construction. I came with family of 4 staying in two rooms, they asked me to park near by a Trash Collection box in the dark. They said they can assure me the parking lot in the next day of my 4 days trip. Felt lots of inconvenience ”

“We recently stayed at the Hampton Inn in Vancouver for two nights. The front desk clerk the evening we checked in was very helpful with directions and recommendations. After checking in, we proceeded up to our room to drop our bags, and freshen up. The air freshener smell in our room was obnoxiously overpowering. I reported the overpowering smell, and was told that it would be addressed, but it was there throughout our stay. The shower was very tricky to turn on. It would be helpful if there...

“Parking was easy. Staff was very friendly. Hotel was a bit dated but seemed as though they were updating many areas. Room was clean.”

“Room was good and affordable for my needs. Only issue was I needed an early morning shuttle back to the airport and the service isn't provided before 6am, so I had to pay extra for a taxi.”

“Once upon a time…it was a good hotel. 600 USD for a triple room is anyway “overpriced” for such a quality. Good points: room was clean and people at the front desk did their best to fix couple of issues with the room. ”
