“This hotel was a dream! The most comfortable beds I have ever slept on in a hotel. The room was meticulously cleaned and well maintained. The soaking tub was great along with the provided bath soak. It is in walking distance to great local restaurants and Costco. It defininitely sets a high standard for hotels that are still in the reasonable price range.”

“To be fair, this hotel is going through renovation. My rating is to inform people that construction is ongoing while the hotel is open. Once it is completed my rating should improve. The free breakfast was sufficient with eggs, bacon, and potatoes as well as pastry items and self serve waffles. The airport shuttle was very convenient and the staff is very good. The location is close to the airport so arriving late at night we had a short trip to the hotel. However, there aren’t stores nearby and...

“El hotel ya refleja sus años, pero la habitación estaba limpiar y la cama estaba cómoda, Lo único que no me gusto es que reserve porque indican ofrecen transporte al aeropuerto, pero no mencionan que está sujeto a horarios. Tuve que tomar uber ya que no pudieron darme el transporte en el horario que yo lo requería. Lo bueno que queda cerca el aeropuerto y no tuve que pagar mucho en el transporte.”

“Once upon a time…it was a good hotel. 600 USD for a triple room is anyway “overpriced” for such a quality. Good points: room was clean and people at the front desk did their best to fix couple of issues with the room. ”

“Easy, quick cab ride from YVR. Also accessible by public transit. Beautiful spacious bedroom. Very comfortable space with closet and private bathroom.”

“The place was very clean. The staff was very helpful. We had a scheduled shuttle ride to the airport for 11:45 and the shuttle was running late so the staff ordered a taxi for us and they paid for the taxi. (We didn't even ask them because we had plenty of time to wait at the airport) I would highly recommend this place. They also have a nice restaurant on sight.”

“Expedia acts as an email intermediary between the guest and the user, and if their application doesn't work properly, you have major problems because the guest can't contact you, nor can you contact them. It was a challenge, but we were able to solve it without Expedia.”
