“The house is close to some of the restaurants and shops in town. In addition to many parks. It was comfortable and had a small fenced yard. Smart tv was good. Could use a refresh on the non stick pans. The mini split heating/ cooling system was so difficult to use despite the directions. We needed her to turn on the heat as it was very cold the day we came in. We tried using the system to then cool it a day later and couldn’t get it to cool so we left it on what she set it as. “We had a great one-night stay with our large group (including our dog and 4 kids). The home was clean, spacious, and comfortably accommodated everyone without any issues. Plenty of room to spread out and relax. The only minor hiccup was that the induction cooktop didn't work well for us as it started creating smoke when we tried to use it. Worth noting for future guests who plan to cook during their stay.Check-in is done through the motel reception, which was straightforward. Overall, no...

Best Western Plus Tree House

Best Western Plus Tree House

8/10 Buono
The excellent review is for the staff members Zechari and Lily Hope, two guardian angels who helped us retrieve an item left inside the safe of our previous hotel. They supported and helped us by calling directly themselves, even using their own phones. Unfortunately, we could not stay the night we had booked because we had to go back to pick up the lost item. The computer and printer station was also great, as it allowed us to start the lost and found process. I hope the hotel can somehow reward these two super employees for their kindness and exceptional assistance.Thank you very much again, and if you happen to come to Italy, please contact us. Well done girls, keep making a difference, and we wish you a good life."
