“I had a reservation for later in the month, when my plans changed. I made the mistake of not changing my reservation to one week later. So, I arrived about noon, unaware that I had no reservation that day. The staff worked with me to cancel the reservation the following week and actually found me a room for that day. I will always remember.”

“Clean and comfortable. I liked the meals we had which included a great breakfast and ordered food off of the menu for dinner. Very convenient and delicious food. Bar was great and they had a happy hour which was nice. Spacious lobby to hang out and play cards was a nice bonus while we waited for our our family to join us. ”

“Located out of Monterrey up on the hill with a good view on the area. Comfortable room, clean hotel. Cute small pool (closed in spring). Quick check-in even after 10pm. no pets allowed.”

“Clean close to outlet mall Good breakfast Little concerning at first because lot of workers staying there but after all it was a good nite rest Would stay there again ”

“Notte di passaggio, letto scomodo, condizionatore attaccato al letto troppo rumoroso e fastidioso, wifi non funzionante, alla richiesta di spiegazioni lo staff non ha risposto. Non lo consiglio neppure per una notte.”

“walk to the beach is a breeze. Love the area for walking on the beach. Rooms are comfortable. appreciate the close by eating options. Deana was a very caring and a breath of sunshine 😎”

“They put me right next to a very loud and busy street. It was noisy and the bed was horrible did not sleep well at all. Internet and Cable tv went out quite a bit. Wasn’t one of my best visits Not going back !! Ever”

“Ero già stato qui 3 anni fà e allora mi ero trovato veramente bene. Questa volta un po' meno. La stanza da due era davvero piccolissima così come il bagno (era difficile starci per una persona). La moquette della stanza era sporchissima piena di macchie. La posizione poi è ottima se sì è di passaggio per andare a LA (vicinissimo all'outlet). Poi devo dire che il bar affianco per la colazione è davvero ottimo.”

“I was there for a wedding with my daughter, son in-law, 4 year old granddaughter and 11 month grandson. Having the suite worked out very well. The breakfast was great and tasty. The property was well maintained and the staff were friendly, polite and helpful.”
