“The property is beautiful but their systems are outdated as it took me over 15 minutes to check in because the card reader was falling apart and the system was timing out. The room was mediocre compared to other Marriott’s that I have stayed in. The furniture in the room is outdated and there were many rust spots in the bathroom. ”

“The hotel was nice and there were lots of things going on in the hotel. The staff was pleasant. We had room 559. We discovered the TV was unplugged. After plugging it in we were able to turn on the tv with the remote but were unable to actually select any station in channel guide. It appeared the remote had battery power but the tv didn’t respond. Fortunately we had family to visit so we didn’t need the tv. The shower had really high pressure but you had no way to reduce the pressure. The...

“La colazione è un po' scarsa, a parte questo la struttura è ottima soprattutto per la posizione vicino agli Universal Studios e all'osservatorio Griffith e comoda anche per muoversi in città ”

“Scelto perché il prezzo sembrava contenuto ed estremamente comodo per la nostra visita ai WB Studios, la colazione offerta é stata estremamente gradevole, il letto comodissimo e la stanza graziosa. Facendo un breve tragitto a piedi si raggiungevano piccoli centri commerciali e locali di ristoro vari, ma non proprio turistici, per cui si respirava un’atmosfera ben diversa da quella caotica che ci si aspetta a Los Angeles. Ci siamo sentite al sicuro pur rientrando a piedi in serata. ”

“Tipico motel americano comodissimo per la visita agli warner brothers studios. Camera recentemente ristrutturata senza la tipica moquette dei motel. Nota positiva, il doccino nella doccia. ”

“Firstly, this hotel is nothing like it’s established to be on Expedia, there was no parking lot, the building looked dilapidated, the rooms had bugs in them, the walls had graffiti, the furniture in the room rooms were old and weathered, same with the showers, even the toilet was disgusting. The area in which the establishment existed was also filled with weirdos hanging around the building outside. Honestly, I want a refund.”

“Struttura molto bella e nuova, con stanze grandi dotate di tutti i comfort. Da migliorare forse l’insonorizzazione dei pavimenti, si sente rimbombare moltissimo quando gli ospiti ai piani superiori camminano. Per il resto super consigliato!”

“We asked for daily housekeeping and they happily accomodated. Staff was friendly. The room was exceptionally clean and spacious (we stayed in a king room). It was very quiet and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was hot and they had extra niceties (6 toppings for oatmeal, cartons of milk with different fat percentage, blueberry compote and whipped cream for mini waffle maker).
