“Room was clean. AC was nice. Staff were pretty chill. Pool was cold though and that sucked, because we wanted to swim :) But the 2yrs old, elderly lady and autistic brother I was traveling with couldn’t enjoy that temperature unfortunately. So there was no swimming for us! Very disappointed at that. Location was nice. Really disappointed with the hotel “restaurants” menu. Had a huge family lunch after church for our family reunion. “We were hesitant to try the Universal shuttle as it wasn’t a guarantee that we would get on the reservation time picked. The staff were polite and helpful. The room we stayed in was spacious and clean. Close to universal and plenty of food options. A restock of the kitchen utensils and just putting the A/C on a few hours before our arrival are the only suggestions I have. Overall we had a great experience and would stay again.”

“The neighborhood was filthy and disgusting, as was the lobby. This is a motel in a seedy part of North Hollywood. Nowhere near Burbank Airport. How they have the audacity to call it Best Western Burbank Airport Inn is beyond me. There were people smoking in the parking lot, homeless people wandering through the lobby, and the area rug in the lobby was stained and filthy. The “receptionist” was nice enough to cancel my reservation after I called Expedia and told them there was no way I was going...

“Our flight was delayed and we arrive 12:30am, receptionist arranged a Lyft driver wh was prompt Upon checking out, a Lyft driver was arranged by receptionist, a driver arrived promptly in a midsize 4 door sedan, unsble to accommodate our party of 5. Our driver took 3 of us and another guest graciously allowed the other 2 on our party to ride with him to airport Also our tub had a large paint chip missing on floor of tub”

“Scelto perché il prezzo sembrava contenuto ed estremamente comodo per la nostra visita ai WB Studios, la colazione offerta é stata estremamente gradevole, il letto comodissimo e la stanza graziosa. Facendo un breve tragitto a piedi si raggiungevano piccoli centri commerciali e locali di ristoro vari, ma non proprio turistici, per cui si respirava un’atmosfera ben diversa da quella caotica che ci si aspetta a Los Angeles. Ci siamo sentite al sicuro pur rientrando a piedi in serata. ”

“Tipico motel americano comodissimo per la visita agli warner brothers studios. Camera recentemente ristrutturata senza la tipica moquette dei motel. Nota positiva, il doccino nella doccia. ”

“Non è la prima volta che soggiorno a Los Angeles e sono rimasto piacevolmente sorpreso dal quartiere Glendale, l’albergo è un ottima soluzione pulito e con parcheggio a pagamento 10 dollari a notte, si trova difronte ad un centro commerciale vi sono molti posti dove mangiare. Ottima la posizione per vedere i punti turistici più importanti di LA, vicino agli Universal Studios.”
