“The host was welcoming and for the most part the amenities were okay. The lobby of the hotel was absolutely beautiful. We had an initial issue with the fireplace, and the bathroom shower area was cold. The water would never get hot enough either. The television was in an awkward spot and the light from it interrupted our sleep. The refrigerator was too high up. We could not turn the tv optimally towards our bed. “This was our 1st time going to Deep Creek Lake. They allowed us to check in a little early which was wonderful! The lobby area was beautiful and had games to play at the tables. Our suite was nice and clean. Some of the lights didnt work so it felt dark in our room. The bed upstairs was very firm. The kitchen was fully stocked. We liked having the sofa bed and huge TV. It was also nice that they had coffee in the lobby in the morning. They have boat and kayak rentals on the property which was...
