“We had a dirty towel hanging in our room when we checked in and brought to the front desk. They sent new towels but it did put a negative light on the start of the stay. The hotel is fine but getting dated.”

“Great location in downtown Milwaukee, close to everything we wanted to do. We thought that having Starbucks do the breakfast was great. Will stay again if we go back.”

“The room a broken thermostat(no heat), a broken lamp, mold in the bathroom, broken towel fixtures, dirty bedding, and a loose lock on the door. Front desk had no solutions and give no refunds.”

“Room was dirty, ac didn’t work because there was no plug in close enough. Window was wide open when we checked in with tv on. Leaving us to believe it was never even properly cleaned. There wasn’t anyone at the desk for 20 minutes”

“This place is dirty and gross”

“Security was very poor. Had to walk around to the front to enter from the parking lot. Lots of 🚬 butts and trash bags at multiple entrances. Told staff of the issue and nothing was done. There was no utensils to use. Shower curtain and Rod was torn from the wall. There was a couple of outlets inoperable.”

“Air conditioner was busted and leaking all over the room. The room smelled bad like a wet dog”

“This location was very close to the airport, they offer shuttle services free of charge. The location is very clean, the staff were very friendly, the cleaning crew we're friendly as well when ever we needed fresh set of towels after a soak in the hot tub and indoor pool they we're friendly to give. We had stayed here 2 nights with my service dog, who never once gave me any issues with. I do want to point out just one thing. The details to the rooms in the website needs to be worded differently....
