“Super cute place with lots of fun amenities! Super nice Nespresso machine in the common area for coffee in the morning. Lots of milk options and a very well equipped kitchen. Room was fabulous. Big windows, soft pillows, comfy bed. Bathroom was really big and shower was nice size.”

“Stayed one night in Milwaukee for Summerfest and chose this hotel for proximity. It was a great choice for location and amenities. Beautiful historic building with an amazing staircase and atrium. Had a corner room which was spacious with a high ceiling. Two blocks from Historic Third Ward which is loaded with restaurants and bars. 20 minute walk to Summerfest. The front desk staff was top notch with info and assistance. This was the prefect hotel.”

“Staff kept complaining they were over worked and had to work extended shifts. The valet service took forever, and it’s $52/night. I kept getting charged to my security deposit card instead of the card I booked with and was told it was a system issue with Expedia (who is a “third party”). Eventually everything got resolved, but it was annoying having to constantly go back to correct the situation. “The room while clean was on the small side. The air-conditioning unit in the wall made a lot of noise.”

“The hotel was nice but the problem is at check in we were told it was from 7-10 along with a lot of other people. They started shutting it down at 9. The sign in breakfast area says it’s over at 9 so staff told everyone wrong time. Then there was a homeless guy sleeping and drolling at breakfast which was disgusting. Elevator stopped working during our stay. I know things happen but still aggravating.”

“Was okay, nothing special. Since I’m not 21 I called to make sure I could check in, was told it would be no problem. When we got there I was asked if anyone that was 21 would be checking in, I told her no and that I had called before hand and was told it would be no problem. She had to go talk to her manager, we were able to stay but I felt communication between staff may not be very good. Just glad we didn’t have to find a different hotel during summer fest.”

“We arrived at 12.30, our room was ready but we couldn’t check in unless we paid $25. Just odd. I have never encountered this before even at a Hyatt even though the staff member said it was company policy. Everything else was good except our room was not cleaned.”
