“The location is nice, the pictures on VRBO show it to be somewhat nicer than actual. The inside needs a little work and is dated somewhat but not terrible. Only issue I had was not receiving the entrance instructions via email so had to reach out to owner a few times. He did get back to me quickly but did respond like he was a little irritated with me asking. Outside of that the place is clean, has a great view, furniture is all new. “There was no onsite representative. The codes seemed very cumbersome. I called the contact number regarding the need for an additional parking pass due to unforeseen injury resulting in an additional vehicle being used to transport my guest. The "free" lots were quite a distance from the resort. This all caused stressed. The bathroom sink was slow to drain, a rug in the LR was torn at the edge which could cause a fall. “Our family had a great time at NMB and enjoyed our stay at Atlantic dunes. There needs to be some updating done to the bathrooms and kitchen. Hardware in bathrooms were dirty and gross looking and the master bathtub jacuzzi needs to go. It is so high to get in/out of to get a shower, it’s dangerous.
