“Was a last minute decision. I was very satisfied with the pricing, cleanliness, hot water, comfy bed......but,,,, the breakfast was the worst ive ever experienced at an IHG property. No selection very minimal choices, crappy eggs no fruit and definitely not the IHG standards that I have become accustomed to. I threw away 90% of my plate. On a final positive thought, Coffee machine was excellent though.”

“They oversold the rooms for the night, so I got a different room than the one I had originally reserved. AC at lobby was barely working and it is summer in Texas. The room was extremely humid and ceiling was covered in what looked like black mold. Sheets and bath tub were dirty.”

“Would have liked the restroom to to not have hair on the floor. The toilet was not working and they fixed it promptly. There was still a leak though. Overall the place was decent to lay head down for a few hours before getting back on the road. Staff were prompt when I expressed there was an issue with the toilet.”
