“Do not stay here! The manager/staff/owner of the franchise are terrible to their guests and also bigots who make assumptions about people based on race. Within seconds of an interaction with my (black) husband, the manager threatened to call the police after sternly and aggressively asking “what’s your room #?” Instead of a “good morning, how are you” or “how did you sleep” as you’re getting coffee and wiping sleep out of your eyes, “WHATS YOUR ROOM #, I’m calling the police”… like...

“The only thing is, they charged me a $250.00 deposit . Said I would get it back in 5 to 10 business days. Never have received it. I have before pictures and after”

“We stayed two nights for a dance competition. The hotel was clean, staff was friendly, and there was a variety of food items for breakfast. ”

“Rm 328 was lovely. However, there was no ac that worked. In addition, there was a dorm fridge just put on the floor that had a pubic hair in it. The ice machine across the hall didn’t work either. Otherwise, it was lovely.”
