This unit is located on the fourth floor, please remember this 5-story building does not have an elevator, but don't worry, our helpful team is available to support you with your luggage, and we also have a storage locker on the main level for your convenience (stroller, luggage, etc).

Right next to the building is the Nuez & Pimienta restaurant, where you can have breakfast and lunch with a 10% discount offered to our guests.

Before check-in we will send you a link where all guests and visitors must register with their passports or cédulas in order to enter the building.

Visitors who are not previously registered are not allowed to enter.

MPORTANT INFORMATION FOR RESIDENTS IN COLOMBIA:

According to the tax statute, if you are a Colombian resident you will be subject to an additional 19% tax charge of the cost of the reservation. You will be contacted by us once your reservation is confirmed.
