So if you’re a Siri user who speaks English you’re SOL. I wish it was a little closer to the center of El Poblado & Provenza, but I bypassed a lot of club noise that way. Unfortunately the walls are paper thin and I had to call security on the party next door at 3am and 3:30. But that’s not the hotels issue. ”

“The room was great but the additional bed was broken (the staff did nothing to help - which was a big issue). The location is ok (not in el poblado but about 15 minutes walking from there). Overall mixed feelings: good hotel in principle but when the issue occurred (again, a broken bed) the staff was not helpful at all! ”

“We had an amazing stay at 23 hotel. The hotel is STUNNING! Just as advertised. The architecture is incredible and the interior design is modern and inviting. We had the deluxe suite with a porthole and bathtub...the views of the city were gorgeous! The room also included robes and complimentary drinks. The grounds of the hotel were also nice although the rooftop pool area was being renovated so we could not take advantage of that feature. Breakfast was included in our stay and was served next...

“The room was nice and clean. Room was a good size. Huge shower for 2. Loved that the toilet was separate from the shower. We had a window with a view and we could open it for the fresh cool air. The location was amazing. The AC wasn’t too hard to use and it worked great. The TV, like TV’s in most hotels in Medellin was difficult to use. Terrace bar has a great view but our bartender made two mediocre drinks. Everyone was amazing except for the front desk woman who checked us in on Thursday Feb....
