I wanted to thank you for a wonderful stay. The place was perfect—spacious, comfortable, and very safe. The location was excellent, and overall I truly enjoyed my time there. I did want to make you aware of one small issue, just for your reference. The jacuzzi in the master bedroom did not fill up properly during my stay. It didn’t take away from the overall experience, but I thought it would be helpful to let you know in case it needs attention for future guests. Thank you again for a great stay.

Great location in the center of Pablado and quiet neighborhood. Spacious rooms with washer and dryer and the necessities. The problem is the communication. The place is not managed by owner, but by agent. They don’t seem to know the room or try to help when we need help. We had difficulty opening the door while the code kept failing. Finally we found the problem is a very tight door knob to turn. At the same time while we tried to communicate with the contact, it took long time to get answer. A construction worker there helped us to call the agent and call the building manager. When we can’t find any utensils which were in a hidden drawer inside a drawer, nobody could tell us until 2 days after we bought our own utensils. When we ask for hairdryer, nobody answered and helped. This is really a nice place and nice rooms to stay if the people managing the place can improve their attitude. It’s a good value for the place, can comfortably accommodate 4-5 people.

The house was very nice and clean. The location was perfect for us, being at the end of a small road but still close to everything. We was able to walk to all the places we needed… like the restaurants and grocery store. I will definitely stay there again in the future! The staff was amazing and very helpful 😊😊😊

Response time from the host could be a lot better. Over 24hrs to respond to no hot water. The code to the building was changed mid stay with no notification. Notified host of problems with building entry and when we would be returning. No response. Had to get the entry code from another owner who noticed us locked out off the building at night.

Not the place currently if you have work daily by call or video. Property is under construction but I was told ahead of time during the listing. Not the quietest neighborhood, parties last till 4 in the morning at the next door complex.

The only downside was the construction going on. But that should be temporary. Would definitely recommend. Host was very responsive. Very spacious. Great decor. I'll probably stay again in the future.
