Everything was great except for checkout. They ACCUSED me of replacing a bag of peanuts from their snack try and would not check me out till I paid for it. It wasn’t the money, it was the principle of it and the customer service aspect of it.
Basically they tried to say that I ate one of their bags of their overpriced snacks and replaced it with a different bag. I didn’t even touch anything at the snack tray.
They did that with my friend as well staying in another room over a bottle of water. They wouldn't check him out till he paid for a bottle of water that he didn't even drink.
But hey, congratulations on costing your staff a very generous tip since I had extra leftover money. You can ask Alex how well I tipped him when I checked-in. I was about to tip them 20 times more than what that bag of peanuts cost.
Good job front desk to whoever was working the front desk on 4.16.24 at 1030am.

Pro tip: Take a picture of the snacks and drinks right when you check-in, just in cast it becomes an issue later.
