This beautiful space is located in one of the nicest neighborhoods of Medellín. El Poblado is the perfect location to stay if you visit Medellín, whether for pleasure or business. Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space.

The Poblado neighborhood is welcoming and convenient. Walking distance you can find good supermarkets, restaurants of local and international food, cafes, art galleries, gyms, health stores, shopping malls, co-working spaces, bars and nightclubs.

WALKING DISTANCE:
• 3-minutes from Poblado Park and 5 minutes, from Lleras Park, 8min from Provenza
• 10-minutes from the Poblado metro station.
• 10-minutes from the Vizcaya shopping center and close to several other shopping centers such as Monterrey, Oviedo, San Fernando Plaza, and Santa Fe.
• There are 2 big supermarkets, El Exito 5 minutes away and Carulla 8 minutes away. Plus there are many express mini markets 4 minutes away such as UNO, Exito Express, and Carulla express.
• 3 blocks away you can find pharmacies, bakeries, ATMs, Banks, shipping companies... you name it.

HOUSE AND SAFETY RULES:
1. The serenity of this place is valuable and parties gatherings, meetings, prostitution, drugs, or events are NOT allowed.
2. Unregistered guests or visitors are not allowed. The security guards will
not allow the entry of people who are not booked as guests on the reservation, however, if you need something, in particular, do not hesitate to contact us.
3. The building is residential. You'll be able to enjoy of a peaceful stay. Loud noises are not allowed especially at night hours.
4. Please take care of the furnishings. We will have to charge you for damages that exceed the security deposit. And please don’t rearrange the furniture.
5. No illegal substances are allowed on the premises
6. The building has security guards 24/7.
7. If you break or damage something, please let me know and we can arrange for its replacement or repair.
8. No shoes on the sofa or beds.
9. Pets are not allowed.


CHECK OUT: When your stay is completed and you are ready to check out Pease do the following:
- Please don't leave dirty dishes behind.
- Place to be tidy when you depart from your stay.
- Remove your trash and recyclable.
- Report any damaged or missing items to your hosts.
- Make sure you have all of your belongings.
