Hotel vicino a Medina Leisure Centre - Newport

“The hotel overall was excellent. On arrival was welcomed, given room and told when breakfast was served the next day. Room clean and in keeping with the history of the building (Grade 2). The breakfast was very good and all staff were very helpful. Would highly recommend.”

“Very well maintained and fab to stay. We had dinner there and it was fabulous. I booked a table in advance. It was full when we were there, so would recommend booking ahead. Steak and shiraz with a peppercorn sauce. Breakfast was set out on a full table to help yourself with juices, cereal, pastry, croissants, toast and there were jams a plenty to chose, along with marmite. There were muffins and bars along with fruit basket. We were greeted and asked if wale would like tea or coffee. Staff...

“We had a very nice stay and the property is very well situated just off the Town Centre from where you can catch a bus to anywhere on the island. Very good breakfast and the owner was very nice and helpful. The only slight downside was that the television in the room was very small.”

“Great rooms with good air conditioning. Very nicely appointed and the restaurant downstairs was fantastic. Would recommend and would definitely stay here again.”

“Perfect location. Central to the island. Room was cool ..clean and quiet even above a pub. Breakfast was lovely”

“部屋も清潔で家族4人安心して泊まることができました。徒歩2分の距離にcoopがありますのでとても便利です。もちろん部屋には水やスナック、コーヒーや紅茶のサービスがありました。満足しています。”

“Lovely owners. Wonderful breakfast and a great location.”

“We love this place and the location. Highly recommend for a quiet re-charging yourself.”

“Very friendly and efficient checkin. Spacious clean room with very comfortable bed. No AC but fan provided in room due to warm weather. Very good cooked breakfast made to order, Excellent dinner in fine dining restraurant.”

“We loved staying at Albert Cottage. It is a unique property with beautiful historical furnishings and design. The breakfasts are wonderful. There is a lovely sitting room where we played cards. It has a nice restaurant. It is an easy walk to the fantastic Osborne House. There were a couple of small plumbing issues due to the age of the building but they were taken care of and not significant. We stayed in many places during our trip to the UK and loved this one in particular.”

“We had an ok stay. Overall there was a lot more good than bad. Positives: - Room and the rest of the hotel were nicely decorated, and more modern style than most nearby hotels - Cleanliness was good and the room was serviced efficiently - Breakfast was very good quality and the standard was fairly consistent - Three EV chargers and lots of parking. All chargers were Type 2, so if your car needs a CHAdeMO connector then you're out of luck, but they are uncommon now anyway. Charger was expensive...

“Staff Heather was lovely. Thanks”

“Preis war etwas hoch und die Klimaanlage zu laut.”

“Lo consiglio. Buon rapporto qualità prezzo. Unico difetto è stato il check in lento e una strana procedura per cui ti addebitano 20 sterline all’arrivo sulla tua carta di credito nel caso consumassi qualcosa (ma in realtà non c’è nemmeno il minibar). Poi con un’altra strana procedura te le riaddebitano al check out ma non ti danno una ricevuta del riaddebito. ”

“Really lovely place to stay, lots of nice features - honesty bar with QR code to pay, with range of products including Champagne, also similarly, drinks in room and snacks. Visually, very well designed, boutique experience. I booked late at night after cancelled ferry and was contacted by owner immediately with information re stay.”

“Delicious breakfast and fantastic location seconds from the beach”
