“Good location, just a lot of construction when I stayed and when I asked staff what ammenities they had ie slippers etc, they weren’t very helpful. Took asking 3 different people to get a proper answer”

“Siamo stati a Zagame’s durante il nostro viaggio di nozze, il personale è stato super gentile! Zona comoda per visitare il centro, ottimo il bar con selezione di vini importante. Camera moderna ben attrezzata inclusa piastra per capelli. Esperienza assolutamente positiva!”

“very good hotel，very clean，perfect location，this was my second stay. I will definitely go back”

“nice room pls, well-detailed, functional and comfortable. convenient power outlets well-placed…In GR the Lighting controls could be more clearly identified and operated… The be is great but the pillow are terrible, too hard and too big… location is great. Bathroom and Shower design are good, BUT, shower head holder needs adjustment to stay in place…. Space for luggage is great - luggage bench, hanging and drawers all good. Overall decor fresh and contemporary! Well come back! JHM”

“staff are great”

“Ottima posizione. Camere molto pulite e personale gentile e disponibile.”

“You don’t need to stay in a luxury hotel when Victoria Hotel can offer affordable and great rooms. However, don’t expect staffs would maintain to clean your room when you are away. I think they lack cleaners. Other than that, it was good.”
