“After staying at about 12 hotels across Asia and US this year, this was by far the best trained, most friendly and helpful staff I have encountered. The actual hotel was lovely, modern, new and fresh. The room was very comfortable (Corner King) with a large sofa, table for Dijon’s or working, USB-C ports, a well laid out bathroom with a massive shower. But the distinguishing factor was definitely the people - no request was too small, I was greeted very warmly when I entered and when I left...

“Great location only a block from Bourke St mall. Room & bathroom are on the smaller side, but are beautifully furnished and very comfortable. Breakfast buffet was good.”

“Great Hotel in a really good location. Close to shops, restaurants and the CBD. The rooms are generous and very clean. Fantastic modern bathroom, dual shower heads, beautiful fluffy towels and super strong water pressure. Perfect darkness when the blinds were drawn and it's very quiet. Pillows are a bit 'funky' so when you are asked whether you want a standard pillow say yes to be on the safe side. Complimentary water on the bedside table was a nice touch. Not particularly expensive when...

“Absolutely horrible customer service after hours. There was not one to help us check in. We had to call into the intercoms and the person on the line was rude, hostile. Even yelled at us for no being there in their self proclaim customer service hours. Also the advertise mislead us to believe breakfast was included which is not at least you want to spend 20 dollars for some por tarts and granola bars. This hotel does not meet best Western business core.”
