  • Mi chiamo Tim ed è un piacere offrirti un soggiorno presso la mia casa per le vacanze sulla spiaggia delle mie famiglie - è l'oasi della nostra famiglia.

    Porta la famiglia e i tuoi amici a pernottare nella nostra affascinante casa sulla spiaggia ben arredata. Situato su 3/4 di un acro e confinante con 65 acri Citation Reserve, ti rilasserai non appena entrerai e osserverai le viste sulla riserva dalla cucina. Lo splendido balcone, leggermente ombreggiato dalle foglie chiazzate di James Stirling e Silver Birch, ha fatto da cornice a molte cene estive.

    Cammina fino alla spiaggia lungo il lungomare dell'estuario.

    Una passeggiata di 20 minuti ai negozi di Mt Martha e alla spiaggia lungo il lungomare di Balcombe Creek è il modo migliore per iniziare la giornata di tutti! Se hai bisogno di un po 'di esercizio, o solo un po' di pace e solitudine, la passerella è un posto meraviglioso per camminare e recuperare i pensieri, o semplicemente allontanare il cane dal trambusto!

    Puoi ascoltare gli uccelli sul ponte a colazione o guardare i kookaburra sul balcone che avvolge l'intera casa.

    La struttura dispone di 3 letti Queen, tutti nuovi o quasi nuovi, 2 letti a castello per i bambini, un materasso singolo di ricambio per gli amici dei bambini e una camera da letto matrimoniale molto grande. Abbiamo avuto molti ospiti nell'arco di 7 anni e tutti hanno commentato quanto sia pacifico il nostro ritiro.

Very comfortable spacious beach house, with access to Balcombe Creek boardwalk. Quiet location a few minutes drive from beautiful Mount Martha beach and village.Highly recommended.

We had a lovely time. The home was excellent. Pet friendly. I'd highly recommend this property. Loved the morning walk along the boardwalk to the beach. The kookaburras were an added extra.

Beautiful spot

We had such a great stay. The house is in a beautiful setting with a big lawn area and bushland around it which made for a peaceful holiday. Tim was great, and we hope to be back again in the future.

Really amazing property, we had a wonderful stay with our family. I think our dog Banjo enjoyed the trip the most, big back yard to play in and wonderful walking trails along the creek and beaches. Lovely house with lots of room. Kitchen / laundry facilities all really good. Great communication from the hosts. Highly recommend.

We loved this property - very comfortable, spacious and well equipped, really good heating which was important given the cold rainy conditions. A beautiful and peaceful setting with direct access to walkways, secluded yet a short drive to the local shops. Communication with the host was excellent. Highly recommended.

Beautiful spot on the peninsula. Lovely to sit on the balcony with friends and see a kookaburra come visit us. Beautiful area to go walking as well.

Wonderful Stay at Mt Martha!We absolutely loved it. The place was amazing. Clean, comfortable, and beautifully set in a peaceful area. Everything we needed was close by, from shops and cafes to the beach and walking trails.The host was very friendly and quick to respond to all our messages, making check-in and communication effortless. It truly felt like a home away from home. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a relaxing getaway in Mt Martha!

This stay property was very easy to book and communicate to the owner. Once arrive the check in process was easy and was clear instructions from the owner on how to proceed. Once inside it was very clean and well maintained and it was an excellent stay for our big group.

Family Reunion

Very relaxing and comfortable home. Plenty of room for a family of 4-6 with a great yard to spend time in. Close proximity to great shops for food, wine and gifts. Mount Martha has always been a great destination to visit with much to see and do.

The house was in excellent condition - well maintained and spotlessly clean. Correspondence with the owner was easy and timely. A highlight was the friendly kookaburras that came to say hello every day (and seek a meal of course).

Sweeping greenery views

We loved our weekend at this spacious beach house! Tim was a thoughtful and attentive host. The setting is divine, with green views as far as the eye could see. We had breakfast and drinks/dinner on the large, wraparound verandah each day, marvelling at the quiet and birdsong. Access to the boardwalk/trail was a highlight for daily exercise and the short drive to the beach was ideal

Everything you need for a relaxing break

Our intergenerational family group of 8 loved this large home with 4 bedrooms. Everything was clean and comfortable and the house was in a private, leafy setting within a few minutes drive of Mt Martha village. Our favourite activity was enjoying leisurely meals outside on the veranda, and exploring the area. Everything we needed for a relaxing break including board games and BBQs were included.

Property was well presented and clean. Beds were comfortable. Upstairs had good A/C which was needed on a 40 degree day! Lovely outlook amongst the trees. Excellent location.Downstairs bathroom has a shower over bath with a considerable step down and temperature of shower hard to regulate due to low pressure, this is not suitable for elderly visitors however upstairs bathroom excellent and suitable.

The property was really well presented, very clean and lots of space with lovely views over an expansive garden, and a wraparound verandah, which everyone enjoyed. Lots of games for entertainment, a generous kitchen and lounge area, and a large yard, which backed onto a reserve. Surrounded by bushland and only a 20-minute walk into the welcoming village of Mount Martha and its crystal-clear beaches.The property is in a quiet location and there is plenty of space for people and dogs. The large yard is fenced, but it may not be secure for dogs, so it's worth considering bringing a gate for the front entrance.Great holiday location!

We had an amazing time! Tim made our stay so welcoming, with his messges apon arrival to our checkout. He was an absolute gentleman. The place was huge, upstairs was amazing, balcony had amazing vibes. Kitchen and lounge room was really spacious. The backyard is on another level for space but also so many thing you can do outside.Tim also let our golden retreivers join us as well, they had a blast too. Definitely would love to visit again. Thanks Tim.

Private Oasis

A cosy home surrounded by an amazing treed vista. Walking tracks literally at your finger tips for both family and furry friends to enjoy. A very spacious home for everyone to find a place to relax and chill out. The kitchen was very well equipped for any dish that we wanted to cook up. The kids loved the boogie boards provided. It certainly made our days at the beach full of fun, so a big thanks.

A Retreat in Nature

The location is amazing adjacent to the Balcombe santuary and if you have dogs, this is a great place to be as there are many walks for them. The house however needs updating with the aircon not being available in the master bedroom upstairs making it diffcult to sleep on warm nights despite having fans.The host was well responsive to messages and this was reassuring that our needs would be catered to even before we arrived.

Host welcoming, amenities okay, except BBQ which was not fit to use. Did not look at the hot tub due to inclement weather. Building in need of a good clean outside and inside. Beds comfortable, main bedroom needs a door! Not only for privacy but more important noise.Steep driveway should be mentioned in description. Pleasant surroundings but all very tired.
