A 900 metri dalla spiaggia di Rosebud e dal molo, a 3 minuti in auto oa 15 minuti a piedi. Fai lunghe passeggiate sulla spiaggia e trascorri del tempo di qualità con la famiglia e gli amici.

15 km a Gunnamatta Ocean Beach, a 16 minuti in auto da una delle migliori spiagge oceaniche della Penisola

Presenta pavimenti in legno, una cucina in stile cottage e elettrodomestici in acciaio inossidabile. Altre caratteristiche sono la macchina da caffè Nespresso, il frigorifero Samsung da 680 litri con acqua filtrata e ghiaccio. Tostapane e bollitore De Longhi e portatile FM / altoparlante Sony Blue tooth.

Dalla cucina, c'è una deliziosa area all'aperto dove si può gustare la colazione o il tè del pomeriggio sotto gli alberi ornamentali di pere o sedersi sulla veranda anteriore con un drink in mano sotto i rami delle betulle.

Il cottage offre un cortile completamente recintato con tanto spazio per far giocare i bambini in sicurezza e ombra dalla prugna e dall'albicocco. C'è un tavolo da 8 posti perfetto per intrattenere, seduto sotto una vela 4 x 4 che consente di quei barbecue estivi con il Weber.

La camera da letto principale ha un letto queen size con il proprio bagno privato e la seconda camera da letto gode di vista sul giardino con 2 letti a castello. Materassi e biancheria nuovi di zecca.

Sedetevi sul lungo divano con il sole che passa attraverso le finestre coloniali mentre trascorrete un pomeriggio tranquillo con un libro, del formaggio e del vino locale. Se vuoi evitare tutto ciò che è tecnologico, sono disponibili un pianoforte, una chitarra e un violino per riempire il cottage di musica.

The house is beautiful and so welcoming. We enjoyed our stay for 3 nights, finding everything just as we hoped—with easy access to amenities and a spacious fenced backyard perfect for our fur babies. It truly offers a peaceful and private retreat, complete with a charming coffee bar and reliable internet. I had to work one day, and I set up in the dining room, which had a stunning view of the backyard. It was the perfect spot for a race weekend getaway!

We had a lovely stay at the Artist's Summer House. The house is very cute with a large backyard and comfortable bedrooms and living room. The kitchen is very well appointed and organised. Kay went above and beyond to accommodate us and shared lots of local knowledge and recommendations for the area. We will definitely stay there again!

A summer charmer!

We loved staying at Kay’s summer house for a long weekend. It was an excellent spot to stay to explore the Mornington Peninsula, with wineries, farms, ocean views and delicious food only a short drive away. Kay was an excellent host who made our stay thoroughly enjoyable.

Fabulous Dog Friendly Home

A cozy, welcoming and dog friendly home that was fantastic for our family. We cannot understate the importance of a totally secure backyard for our dogs, and this home was perfect! We could leave the dogs outside when we were out without worrying about them escaping. Inside, the home is beautifully presented, very clean and the beds were super comfortable! There is no dining table but we managed fine, and enjoyed the DVD collection. The host is friendly and responsive. Will definitely return!

Lovely cottage

We had a lovely weekend stay at the artist's summer house. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen is really well equipped, there was plenty of yard for our dog and it's well-located for shops, beach and the hot springs. Communications with Kay were easy and efficient. A lovely place overall.

LOVED the Summer House!

We had such a lovely stay here with our two fur babies. Beautifully presented house with everything we needed. Very comfortable for the humans, and big backyard for the dogs to run around. Property owner was wonderful to deal with. Would definitely like to come back! Great location to explore the peninsula.

Cute Cosy Beach House

We loved this cute cosy beach house. We had a very enjoyable & relaxing family stay. Super location. The kitchen was perfectly equipped for cooking breakfasts and dinners for our group of six. The backyard was great (loved by all of us especially our dog) and the large outdoor shaded table was also a winner. The communication from Kay made everything so easy as well. Thanks Kay for a lovely week.

Comfortable stay close to shops and beach

Though very clean & comfortable, the house is quite small for a family, with one living area and no proper meals area to enable the family to eat together, unless outside if the weather permits. The facilities are very clean and oozing with personality. WIFi and a smart TV would also benefit the property for when weather is bad. Kay was super helpful in addressing any problems and easily contactable. Great fenced yard for our small dogs.

Relaxing stay

We had a peaceful and relaxing stay at this cozy cottage, close to everything. Kids and paws loved the big yard. Host went above and beyond to provide both house and local area information. Would definitely stay again at this lovely holiday home.

Anniversary/greek Easter getaway

What a gem of a house. Cute, cosy and everything in between. The kitchen is fully equipped as I made a lamb roast to celebrate our Easter with my family and the outdoor setting was perfect. We then walked to the pier and strolled down the beach. It was a perfect weekend getaway. Thankyou Kay for your efficient communication.

We enjoyed our stay, it was clean, great location, great backyard for the kids and dog to enjoy. Also communication with the owner was smooth and very efficient. Within walking distance to shops and the beach. Will come again.

Had a wonderful stay

This was our first get a way since all the lockdowns and we could not have stayed in a better place. Excellent communication with Kay. We even experienced a small earthquake and she txt to see if we were ok. The place was so comfortable. Everything we needed, was there. And it was so clean. The location was superb - very quiet surroundings. And close to the beach and shops. Also we brought our little dog and we could leave her outside, with a peace of mind that she could not escape or go under the house. There was plenty of room in the back yard. All in all we would highly recommend this place and we will be back for another stay

Family getaway

I received such great communication from the beginning of my enquiry right to the end of our stay. Kay provided us with a very cosy home to live in while we explored the beach and surroundings. The home was beautifully clean for our arrival and the perfect spot for us to relax together. Will definitely stay again in the future.

The host is very welcoming, house was perfect for both us and the fur babies. Felt comfortable leaving them as we new the house was secure. Great location, easy walk to the shop and beach and easy access to the freeway to search further afield. Highly recommend everything

Fantastic cottage

We had a lovely stay at the cottage and our two dogs absolutely loved the back yard and the walks down to the jetty. Kay was so easy to communicate with and she was thoroughly accommodating in every aspect of the stay. I can’t recommend enough and definitely look forward to staying again.

A little gem of a place, with a good size fenced in garden suitable for small children or pets.

The moment you arrive you start to relax, Kay is amazing to deal with and nothing is too much bother, her communication is really good and she responds very quickly to any questions or requests. We are a family of five and have a dog and ended up taking an additional dog which the owner was very accomodating about. The house is compact but has a warmth and happiness to it and offers relaxation, with plenty of books to read or a piano to play. The property is very clean and during our 8 days not once did I need something that wasn't supplied which is actually a first. We also enjoyed the fact that we were close enough to walk or a short drive to the bars and cafes but far enough away to enjoy the peacefulness. We will definitely return and stay here again and if you are looking for a place with character and charm this would be an excellent option.

Awesome trip away

The house here is lovely and super well stocked. Very clean and welcoming. Quiet street. Beds are comfortable, lots of books and dvds and kitchen facilities. Washer and dryer is very useful. The fridge is massive. The yard is very secure and large which is great if you want to bring your dog. I’d recommend Zarb for coffee, Jukes for fish and chips and Jetty pasta was yum although servings weren’t large. Large playground down near the jetty. The dog beach is a drive but worth it for water dogs.
