The space
Stay in the lap of family-friendly with this 3-bedroom home; with character and charm, it's perfect for a family getaway or a few couples enjoying the coast.

This home is drenched in crisp, clean white and cream furniture, plus a hint of red, with plush bedding and high-end furniture.

The kitchen comprises stainless-steel appliances, including a Smeg dishwasher, built-in wine cooler fridge, ice maker, breakfast bar and plenty of cupboard space.

The main suite has a walk-in robe and en suite, while additional bedrooms have large built-in robes, one with a wall TV.

Keeping the property nice and cool with polished floorboards throughout, bi-fold glass doors leading to your entertaining deck and a private spacious garden. The home is fully fenced with a large yard for your fluffy ones to holiday with you.

The house is in a residential street with surrounding permanent tenants, so we only rent to mature guests who will remain respectful to our neighbours. The house is to be used for relaxation-style holidaying; loud parties are prohibited.

Guests have the choice of:
BYO Linen / Towels - Guests bring their own fitted sheets, flat sheets, and pillowcases for each bed. Guests also bring their own beach, bath, and tea towels along with hand towels and bathmats. Refer to the home's description for the bedding configurations.

Linen Set Hire - Guests can hire a full linen set for $30 per bed, which includes a fitted sheet, flat sheet, and pillowcases. Bunk beds are classed as two beds. All beds are the same price.

Towel Set Hire - Guests can hire a towel set for $10 per person, which includes 1 bath towel and 2 tea towels (for only the first ordered towel set).

Bathroom Set Hire - Guests can hire a bathroom set for $10 per bathroom, which includes a bathmat and hand towel.

Delivery Fee - If any items are hired, there will be a one-off delivery/set-up fee of $40.

If the stay is longer than 7 days, ask management for any additional pricing.

For linen or towel hires, advise Ready Set Stay with 48 hours' notice as last-minute requests may not be possible.

We ask all guests to please clean the BBQ after use, or a $50 fee will be charged.
