The alfresco area is perfect for entertaining, with a BBQ, outdoor dining, and a large-screen TV — ideal for long lunches, evening gatherings, or relaxed meals with loved ones.

Step into the backyard and you’ll find one of the home’s most relaxing features — a private spa, tucked away for ultimate comfort. Whether it’s a quiet soak in the morning sun or a warm wind-down under the night sky, it’s the perfect way to settle into coastal living.

Inside, you’ll find spacious living, thoughtful details, and all the modern comforts: fast Wi-Fi, luxurious linen, a fully equipped kitchen, and two lounge areas to spread out and unwind.

At the front of the home, the master king suite features a walk-in robe and private ensuite. A second king room and a double bedroom share a separate bathroom and toilet — comfortably sleeping six guests. Need extra space? A futon in the front lounge can be made up on request.

After a day at the beach, rinse off in the outdoor shower, soak in the spa, or curl up by the fire with a glass of wine in hand.

Whether you're cooking up a feast, connecting with friends, or simply enjoying the slower pace, this Blairgowrie retreat makes it all feel effortless.

Important Note:
When booking, you will be asked to complete guest verification through our trusted third-party provider, Truvi. This helps us stay up to date with short-stay rental regulations and provides added protection for both our guests and our properties.
You’ll receive a secure link upon booking, and this verification must be completed in order to finalise your reservation.
Policies:
- No party groups, schoolies, bucks or Hens.
- No smoking
- No events, parties or large gatherings
- Guest Registration and Photo ID may be required and confirmation of booking may be subject to approval by management.
Super Hosts require you to give them your credit card details to hold as security.
Super Hosts require you to sign a rental agreement before your arrival.

Your Agreement

You agree to and have read and understood the Mornington Peninsula Code of Conduct.

No Parties or excessive noise levels after 10 pm. - Vacate premises & Loss of Bond will occur

Smoking inside the home. - A fee of $1250 will be charged and loss of bond

No Camping, caravans, or motor homes Fires within the property boundary

Moving or rearranging furniture. A set fee of $250 pls any extra charges for damages will apply

You may be asked to vacate the premises terminating your stay if any of these policies are not followed.

Disclosure

Guests staying in our home do so at their own risk. We will not incur any liability for any loss, damage to property, personal injury, or illness.

You agree further to indemnify and to keep indemnified Super Hosts and, super Hosts contractors, against liability to any person arising under or in right of you in respect of any loss or damage arising out of or in consequence of your participation in the use of our home.
