🔑 KEYS & ACCESS
Never leave keys or the fob at the building front desk. The concierge does NOT handle guest items, and anything left will be considered lost and cannot be recovered.
Lost keys or fob will incur significant replacement fees charged by building management (typically $300–500).
Use your fob to enter the building and operate the lifts. Before entering the lift, tap your fob on the panel and select your floor—the screen will direct you to your assigned lift.
Always lock your apartment door when leaving.
🚗 PARKING
Secure onsite parking is available within the building for one car, subject to availability.

Availability: Due to high demand and limited spaces, parking must be confirmed prior to your stay. Please contact us as early as possible to check availability and secure your spot.
🏊 AMENITIES ACCESS
Access to the pool, spa, gym and sauna on Level 52 requires attendance at a short induction session held by building management. Inductions currently run every Tuesday at 7pm.
If your stay dates include a Tuesday, you're welcome to attend and will then have access for the remainder of your stay
For bookings that do not include a Tuesday, access may not be arranged
Once inducted, you may need to collect access fobs from concierge and return them after use
Please be mindful of this when booking if you intend to use these facilities extensively
