A well-appointed kitchen features a gas stovetop, oven, espresso machine, dishwasher, and all the tools for easy meals at home. The breakfast bar with stools is perfect for quick bites, while the round dining table for four offers a spot for shared meals or takeaway feasts.

Two peaceful bedrooms lie down the hallway, both with built-in storage. The primary includes Klimt-inspired artwork and a Himalayan salt lamp for a gentle wind-down, along with an ensuite featuring a walk-in shower (no toilet). The second bedroom offers a leafy outlook, eclectic décor, and a private TV—ideal for late-night movies. It has access to the family bathroom with a shower-over-bath, while a separate toilet adds extra convenience for group stays. A private laundry with a washer, dryer, and generous storage makes longer stays easy.

A home office doubles as a cosy retreat, featuring a velvet sofa for midday pauses and a vintage desk with a monitor for focused work. Just off the living area, a second workspace offers an inspiring corner with a swivel chair, monitor, and a guitar for creative breaks.

Central heating and cooling keep the apartment comfortable year-round. While there’s no on-site parking, there’s usually street parking available right out front on a first-come, first-served basis. Everything is within walking distance, and it’s just an easy stroll to the nearest tram stop for a direct ride into the CBD. Please note that the laundry is accessed through the home office.

The Beacon Cove light rail stop is a 12-minute walk from your stay, offering a direct connection to the CBD.
