Comfortable bed, but found a used fork next to the bedside table - not sure how thorough the rooms are cleaned. I was told at check out that I would get my deposit back minus parking charges. I was charged the full deposit and when I called the hotel for it to be corrected, was put on hold for more than 10 minutes before I decided to hang up. Not returning to this hotel and will be looking at options to have my deposit correctly refunded.

Checked in late and staff were great about ensuring we got the food and drink we wanted. Food is a bit xc for what it is (pub grub) but to be able to do takeaway from the bar area to our room was terrific. Comfy bed and did not hear any neighbours all night. Overslept and staff gave us an extra hour checkout. Great stay as always and we’ll be back!

Dirty and poor service
Poor service. Housekeeping was extremely low standard, very dirty, stained carpets, mouldy shower. Hotel manager was extremely rude and inconaiderate to a veteran with a support dog, asking why I needed it. He should be reported for breaching the disability discrimination act.

Worst stay anywhere
The hotel manager is the most disrepectful person I've ever dealt with. Rooms don't get cleaned and beds look like a child made them. Shower had mould so clearly doesn't get cleaned, disgusting. Over priced for a hotel of such poor standards. I'll never stay at any Ibis hotel ever again.

This hotel suited us for our one night stay. It was conveniently located for our needs and the price was good. Parking onsite is an extra cost, but the Council car park next door is easy for after hours, at no cost. Our room only had one chair, which would have been an issue for a longer stay. Staff were extremely pleasant and helpful. The room was clean and neatly presented. This hotel presents as an attractive option for short term stays.

Clean and quiet. Nothing fancy, but also great for the price. I love the 24 hour reception, the parking area was underground and spacious (but cost extra), and the room was neat and tidy. Everything worked as expected, except that there was a price list for the mini bar on the counter in the room, but the fridge was empty and there was no sign of snacks :( Will stay here again.

Terrible service. Our room did not have adequate bedding for our booking. The staff member, I believe would have been aware of this upon check in, as the staff member was familiar with the room configuration, and read details of our booking during check in. When I returned to the front desk, the staff member offered my multiple 'reason' as to why, none of which were due to the staff member's error. I was told a another bed would be made uo in our room. Then I received a call to the room that we would have to come back to reception to pick up another room key to another room. Later that evening I needed to go back to reception looking for water, there wasn't any in the fridge (or anything else) I was required to purchase the water. On check out, I was stuck at parking gate unable to exit parking, despite having a card. When the gate was finally lifted, I was unable to check out and return card as there was no one at the desk, and the front entrance was locked despite bing told the night before that the hotel has someone on the around the clock.

This hotel is conveniently located near multiple dining options, shopping and entertainment. It is located far enough out of the center of Melbourne that you do not have the issues of getting around, however is close enough to access what you need within a couple of minutes' drive. There is secure onsite, undercover parking with elevator access. The hotel is clean and quiet, offers onsite dining and the staff are extremely helpful and polite.
