It sleeps up to 6: a queen bedroom, a double bedroom, and a sofa bed in the living room for guests 5 and 6 (extra guest fee applies). Whether you`re here for a couple of nights or settling in for longer, it`s a genuinely comfortable base at the quiet edge of the city — a step above the standard furnished stay.

SOFA BED
The sofa bed sleeps the fifth and sixth guests. Your rate includes up to 4 guests, and an extra guest fee applies per night for each guest above 4.

If anyone in your group will sleep on the sofa bed, please book for 5 or 6 guests. This includes the sofa bed linen and extra towels.

You are welcome to sit or lie on the sofa at any time. The sofa bed linen and extra towels are only for bookings of 5 or 6 guests. If they are used on a booking of 4 guests or fewer, we will ask you to update your booking to 5 guests, and the extra guest fee will apply for each night of your stay.

Madison sits at the calm western edge of the CBD, and the location genuinely delivers on every front. Melbourne`s CBD has a Free Tram Zone, which means trams within the city centre cost nothing, and a stop is at the door. Southern Cross Station is a 6-minute walk for the airport SkyBus and for regional and interstate rail. Marvel Stadium is a 5-minute walk via the Bourke Street footbridge at Southern Cross, for game days and concerts. Flagstaff Gardens is a 6-minute walk, Queen Victoria Market about 11 minutes on foot, and Hardware Lane`s café strip about 15 minutes. Supermarkets and everyday essentials are on the surrounding blocks.

Getting to and from the airport:
• The SkyBus airport service runs directly between Melbourne Airport (Tullamarine) and Southern Cross Station, a 6-minute walk from the apartment. Your key is collected from EzyMart at 99 Spencer Street, a 5-minute walk away. It`s the easiest way to and from the apartment.

Getting around:
• Southern Cross Station — 6 min walk (SkyBus airport service, interstate rail and the free City Tram all depart from here)
• Free City Tram zone at the door, covering the entire inner city at no cost

House rules
• No smoking, vaping or e-cigarettes anywhere — inside, on the balcony, or in building common areas
• No parties, events or gatherings of any kind
• No pets (a building-wide rule, displayed at the building entrance)
• No illegal substances — strictly enforced
• No candles, incense or open flames
• Nothing to be hung, placed or left outside the front door or in corridors - no shoes, bags, prams or door mats
• No towels, washing, bedding or clothing on the balcony or visible from outside. The balcony is for sitting only, and furniture should stay where it is
• Do not park in the building car park or visitor spaces - vehicles are flagged by building security
• Quiet hours 10:00 PM - 8:00 AM Monday to Saturday, and from 8:00 PM on Sundays; please be considerate in corridors, lifts and shared spaces, as the tower has permanent residents

Check-in & parking
• Self check-in via KeyNest inside the EzyMart convenience store at 99 Spencer Street. A staff member hands you your key and fob at the counter. The store is open 7:00 AM to 12:00 AM daily. Instructions sent before arrival
• No on-site parking; paid public car parks are available nearby

Supplies & departure
• Starter supplies are provided; for longer stays, guests restock consumables. For stays over 28 nights, a mid-stay clean is required at an additional cost
• Please leave the apartment reasonably tidy and start the dishwasher if used
• Report any damage or breakages promptly
