Enjoy an easy stroll to Crown Melbourne, the Yarra River, Southbank Promenade, the Melbourne Convention and Exhibition Centre, and DFO South Wharf. The CBD is just across the river, while nearby cafés, restaurants, supermarkets, and convenience stores make your stay both comfortable and convenient.



Getting Around:

Getting around is simple from this central Southbank location. Multiple tram routes are just a short walk away, providing easy access to Melbourne CBD, Docklands, St Kilda, Albert Park, and beyond. Southern Cross Station is nearby for train and SkyBus connections, while many of Melbourne's top attractions, including Crown Melbourne, South Wharf, and the city centre, are within comfortable walking distance. Whether you're visiting for business or leisure, you'll be perfectly positioned to explore Melbourne.



Other Things to Note:

• EARLY CHECK-IN: Early check-in is subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed. We will do our best to accommodate your request once the apartment has been cleaned, inspected, and prepared for your arrival. Updates will be provided on the day of check-in.



• LATE CHECK-OUT: Late check-out is subject to availability and must be arranged in advance. A fee of $75 per hour applies, with the latest possible check-out time being 12:00 PM.



• POOL TOWELS: Pool towels are not provided. Guests intending to use the building’s pool facilities are kindly asked to bring their own towels.



• NO PARTIES OR EVENTS: Strictly no parties, gatherings, or events are permitted under any circumstances.



• NOISE CONTROL: Please keep noise to a minimum between 11:00 PM and 7:00 AM, both inside the apartment and in common areas. Excessive noise may result in fines or immediate eviction.



• NO SMOKING: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property, on the balcony, or in any common areas due to fire risk. A $300 fine will apply, and smoking may result in immediate eviction.



• KEYS & FOBS: One set of keys/fobs will be provided for your stay. Please ensure they are kept secure at all times, as additional sets cannot be issued.



• MISSED CHECK-IN OR LOCKOUTS: A $150 call-out fee applies for replacement key delivery or re-entry assistance.



• LOST KEYS: Lost keys will incur a $300 replacement fee.



• AMENITIES ACCESS: Access to the swimming pools, gym, sauna and steam room requires a mandatory building induction, held on Monday and Wednesday evenings. At least one week's notice is required to arrange an induction. If you cannot attend on one of these evenings, you will not be able to access the facilities. Should your preferred session be fully booked, we will assist with booking the next available session, subject to building availability.
