  • Conveniently located on the border of Tootgarook, this luxe townhouse (at the end of a block of 6) has everything you need for your next holiday or short stay.
    you will feel at ease in the open plan living/ dining and kitchen all located on the ground floor, opening out to a spacious courtyard complete with Alfresco dining, BBQ, and retractable awning. Also an outdoor shower and a Fire Pit for the cooler nights.

    There is a fully equipped kitchen with everything you'd need for preparing holiday feasts to be enjoyed on the 6 seat dining table. Ultra comfy lounge area with plush sofas, wall mounted smart TV, reverse-cycle airconditioning In lounge and all bedrooms.

    Bedrooms (all located on the 1st floor)

    Bedroom 1: 1 x Queen bed with ensuite
    Bedroom 2: 1 x Queen bed
    Bedroom 3: 2 x Single Beds

    All bedding and quality linen and towels provided.


    All bedrooms and the main bathroom are on the first floor.

    Guests have access to the full house and garden
    Strictly no schoolies bookings or parties allowed, guests must be over 28 years of age

    Toilet paper and provisions for the first night only. .

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Clean and comfortable accommodation in a good location. Walking distance to the beach and eateries. We would have appreciated block out blinds in the bedrooms to prevent the sun from coming in early in the morning.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a wonderful stay in capel luxe. The house had everything we needed. Was in a great location to the beach, restaurants and shopping centre. The decor was lovely and the house was modern and equipt with everything we needed for our stay. Airconditioning in each bedroom and the main living area was nice to have along with the bbq and firepit outside. Would definitely stay here again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed at the luxe townhouse for 10 days in January 24. I must admit it was the cleanest place we have ever stayed at. A few minutes drive from Rosebud and Rye.Would defenitely stay again.
