Step into a welcoming single-level home designed for both relaxation and connection. At its heart, the light-filled living room offers cosy seating and a wall-mounted TV, creating the perfect place to rest. Split-system air conditioning and a fireplace in the living area, along with central heating throughout, ensure year-round comfort.

The kitchen makes cooking a pleasure, fully equipped with oven, stovetop, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, toaster, kettle, wine glasses, barbecue utensils and a Nespresso machine for your morning coffee. A breakfast bar with stools invites casual chats over snacks, while the dining space is surrounded by leafy outlooks, perfect for gathering over shared meals.

The wide driveway offers free parking for up to four vehicles, while a fully equipped laundry with washer, dryer, ironing board and drying racks adds convenience for longer stays. Pets are welcome.
