Guests will not have access to the letterbox. If you’re expecting any mail during your stay, we recommend having it sent to the local post office for pickup.

Guests will need to collect the keys from a convenience store just a 3-minute walk from the property, free of charge. If you arrive after the store has closed and notify us on the same day after 4:00 PM, a fee will apply to transfer the keys to a 24-hour store.

For stays longer than 30 nights, a mid-stay clean is required and will be arranged during your stay. This service is at the guest’s expense and includes a general clean of the property. Please contact us to confirm the schedule and applicable fee.
