The laundry with a washing machine, dryer, sink, iron, ironing board, drying rack, and cleaning supplies allows guests to easily take care of their laundry needs. PETS: Pets are allowed but must have been mentioned during the booking correspondence. Specific information regarding the pet ie type/breed must be given. Please be aware that pets are to be left strictly outside only, if the cleaner finds evidence that pets have been inside (hair), there will be an extra cleaning charge. (please ignore this if you are not intending on holidaying with your dog).
* Please make sure to pick up your dog's droppings. This is your responsibility to do this. Please use a plastic bag and dispose of the bag in the outside rubbish bin.
* If your dog is a compulsive barker or tends to bark more in unfamiliar environments you may want to consider leaving him/her at home. Dogs that bark relentlessly have been an issue with the neighbours in the past at this particular property. To ensure you have "quiet enjoyment" of the property the owners and management would prefer the peace be kept.
* IMPORTANT: There are parts of the property (outside) that are not entirely fenced off. You may need to consider this when thinking about whether to bring your dog or not. We take no responsibility for the loss of pets.

Between 10.30pm and 8am noise levels must not disturb neighbours. EPA enforced neighbourhood quiet hours are from 10.30pm - 8am.
At any time there is to be NO LOUD aggressive behaviour, yelling, screaming and or arguing etc.

Great house
Impressive house that was set up well. The bed linen was lovely and clean, beds and pillows were really comfortable, and the house was very clean. The house felt cosy when the weather got cold, but also beautifully airy with the dining area doors open when the sun was shining and the sea breeze flowed in. We stayed as a group of adults for a weekend getaway and had a great time.
