This well-appointed 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment is designed for a comfortable and convenient stay.

Both bedrooms feature queen-size beds. The master bedroom has a private ensuite, while a second full bathroom serves the second bedroom and living area. A sofa bed in the living area provides additional sleeping space, accommodating up to 5 guests.

The open-plan living and dining area connects to a private balcony with beautiful Dandenong Ranges and sunrise views. Relax with a Smart TV with Netflix and YouTube access.

The upgraded kitchen features natural marble benchtops and backsplash, together with quality appliances including a dishwasher, microwave, full-size fridge and pod coffee maker. Basic essentials for everyday cooking and complimentary coffee pods for your arrival are provided.

For year-round comfort, both bedrooms and the living area each have heating and air conditioning — including the second bedroom, a feature not available in every SkyGarden apartment. Wi-Fi and a private washer and dryer also make the apartment well suited to longer stays.

One complimentary secure underground parking space is available on request, with a maximum car park height of 2.0 metres.

The guests may enjoy a year run heated indoor pool, steam room, fitness centre, library, meeting/lounge area, BBQ facilities & beautiful gardens in Sky Garden on top of The Glen.

Amenities include pool, gym and steam room located on Level 1M in Building B.
Pool facilities etc are managed by building management and may occasionally close for maintenance without prior notice.

The private dining room and outdoor terrace may be booked in advance, subject to availability, for a maximum of 2 hours. The dining room seats up to 12 people and includes BBQ facilities, an oven and kitchenette. Guests need to bring their own food and utensils.

Please clean up after use and leave the area as you found it.

Please note that all house rules, including no parties or events, still apply when using these facilities.

• Check-in is 2PM–10PM. Late check-in between 10PM–11PM must be arranged in advance and incurs a $50 fee.

• Check-out is at 10AM. Late check-out is subject to availability: until 12PM $50; after 12PM, one additional night’s rate.

• No parties, events or gatherings.

• No smoking inside the apartment or on the balcony.

• No pets or animals.

• Valid photo ID is required before or at check-in.

• A $300 security bond is required by credit card pre-authorisation and released after check-out, subject to property inspection and standard terms.

• SkyGarden facilities, including the heated indoor pool, gym and steam room, are managed by building management and may close for maintenance without prior notice.
