Superbly situated between Mount Martha village and Safety Beach with a choice of golden-sand beaches surrounding, this four-bedroom home is just a few minutes drive to Martha Cove, the sailing club, golf courses, cafes and a selection of mouth-watering restaurants.

Encased in tall windows and sliding glass doors capturing the water views throughout, the two-storey home includes large living areas on both levels with TVs and ample sofas for the entire clan to spread out.

With both a well-appointed modern kitchen and barbecue out on the deck, cooking up a family feast will be a delight and can be enjoyed indoors, on the garden patio or out on the balcony as you watch the sun sink into the bay.

Providing king bedrooms with ensuites on both levels, a queen bedroom and fourth bedroom with 2 single beds beside the third bathroom, this contemporary coastal home can comfortably accommodate dual families looking for some time away to relax and recharge.

Great property poor presentation.

Excellent location and nice property but seriously let down by finer details. Very dirty BBQ, dirty windows especially considering that the high price surely was in recognition of the view. Insufficient toilet paper, ceiling fans in 2 bedrooms did not work, no washing up liquid or tablets for the dishwasher, no niceties like tea or coffee despite having a coffee machine.

Relaxing with a view!

We had a wonderful time relaxing by the fire and admiring the view. Very comfortable beds and well stocked kitchen. Highly recommended. Thanks for a great stay!

Great spot

Great spot in terms of spaciousness, view, wifi, kid friendly, etc but a view things could be adjusted or advised upon booking. There was no coffee machine or milk frother as seen in the advertised pics, nor were there any tea towels. The hot water ran out very quickly between the kids and 4 adults. And the heating doesn’t work downstairs if the upstairs area is cosy snd warm from the fire. Overall, if you’re aware of this and prepared, you can have the most divine stay.

Great views & Chilled Setting

Great place to relax, sit on the balcony and watch the sun go down. Had everything we needed, was clean, in great condition and comfortable. Would definitely go back.

Lovely home, fabulous views!

The property was clean, well appointed and in a great location. We especially appreciated the fact that both linen and bath towels were provided and there was no need to make the beds when we arrived! Would definitely recommend!
