MORNING SIDE is a unique and tranquil retreat just minutes from the airport - your mid-century modern escape with priceless green views.

Offering 4 bedrooms, 2 living areas, and a dedicated dining space, the home is filled with natural light and generous room to relax. Separate AC units in three rooms and the main living area, plus central heating, ensure year-round comfort. Enjoy the mini cinema room with a 4K projector and Netflix, Prime Video, and Disney+. Feel the breeze by the outdoor fireplace and wake up to the soothing sounds of birds. You’re only a short walk to the lake, a 5-minute drive to the station and local restaurants, and about 40 minutes from Melbourne CBD.

The Space
Nestled in a quiet court and surrounded by leafy trees, MORNING SIDE is designed to embrace sunlight and showcase serene natural views. The home features three spacious bedrooms and a smaller fourth bedroom, including a master suite with an ensuite that looks out onto tranquil bushland.

Inside, there are multiple living areas to unwind in and a modern, fully equipped kitchen for effortless cooking. Movie lovers will appreciate the mini cinema room, complete with a 4K projector, immersive surround sound, and streaming access. A dedicated workspace is also available for guests working remotely.

Step out into the expansive backyard with a manicured garden, outdoor fireplace, and barbecue—perfect for both relaxation and entertaining. The outdoor deck, balcony, and elevated terrace with reclining chairs offer peaceful spots to enjoy slow mornings or unwind in the evening.

Other things to note
As mentioned in the description, this is a quite court location , and neighbours value their calm surroundings. So guests have to respect that . Also since this house is next to a trees and bush land there might be possum sightings and sounds specially at night . But no need to worry at all since they are very harmless animals . Also lot of native birds . Parking is allowed for 4 cars , two in the carport one in drive way and one in front parking slot . All the other street parking slots are for neighbours .

Excellent property for groups – quiet location near Sunbury and Melbourne AirportOur group of six had a very enjoyable stay at this property in Sunbury, Victoria. The home worked extremely well for accommodating a group our size and provided a comfortable and relaxing environment throughout our visit.One of the biggest advantages of this property is its location. It offers a peaceful setting while still being very close to the Sunbury town center, making it easy to access restaurants, groceries, and other local services. At the same time, it is convenient to Melbourne Airport, which makes it an excellent choice for travelers arriving or departing from the area who still want a quiet place to stay outside the busy city.The communication with the host, Vimukthi, was outstanding. Responses to questions were received quickly and clearly, which made coordinating arrival, check-in, and general planning very smooth. That level of responsiveness is always appreciated when traveling with a group.The home itself has the mid-century charm mentioned in the listing, with beautiful wood ceilings and a warm, inviting layout that makes the main living area a great gathering space. The overall design gives the house character while still being comfortable and functional for guests.The kitchen and living areas were easy to use, and we were able to comfortably settle in for the duration of our visit. With some outside landscape and wood repairs this property would be a standout.

Stay away from home

Great big property, in a quiet location. Such a great spot. Gardens where a little unkept. And we found draws with breadcrums in them along with dirty pans we stuggled to find the cloths to wipe up spills. So we purchased cloths and a new frying pan to leave on site. Overall a beautiful stay and great home base as we explored Victoria. Thankyou :)

Very quiet and comfortable property nestled amongst nature, nature walks and wetlands just behind the property was perfect for me to go on my morning walk. We stayed 2 nights, the cinema room was a hit with the kids. Plenty of room and the ducted heating throughout the home we found amazing on the cold mornings. We would definitely stay again and recommend to others.

Excellent property for an extended family

Our combined family of 2 adults and 6 children of a wide age range stayed at the property for a weekend. The place was comfortable, modern and clean. The amenities were top-shelf with an excellent theatre room and spacious living and sleeping areas.
