Ronny's provides guests with a relaxing beachside escape! This light filled, renovated villa is conveniently located, just a short walk to the beach, popular cafes and public transport. Well suited to a couple of families, an extended family holiday or a getaway with friends.

Combining a relaxed coastal style with contemporary comforts, this villa is surprisingly spacious inside and out. The easy living floor plan features a centrally located living / dining / kitchen area, and 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms located down the main hallway. The master bedroom features a walk-in robe and ensuite.



The undercover alfresco dining and deck provides another living space and is easily accessed from the open plan kitchen / dining area via French doors, so guests can enjoy year-round entertaining. There is also a safe, fully fenced, grassed garden providing plenty of outdoor space for children and/or your furry friend to have fun!



Other features include split system air-conditioning, ceiling fans, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, BBQ, outdoor sun umbrella and boogie boards to enjoy at the beach.

STRICT NO PARTY POLICY – No Schoolies, Bucks or Hens party groups or other such functions/events allowed. We prefer mature adults or family groups this is due to the strict code of conduct enforced by the Mornington Peninsula Shire for Short Stays. If you have any queries please contact us pre-booking so we can clarify.

Large younger groups (under 30 years old) if approved, may be required to pay an additional fully refundable direct bond and a daily supervision fee of $100.

A $65 Damage Waiver Fee applies to stays at this property.

The Neighborhood:

Tootgarook is located between Rye and Rosebud on the Mornington Peninsula in Victoria. The name ‘Tootgarook’ is an Aboriginal word meaning ‘land of the croaking frog’ and it’s a lovely place to escape and enjoy a relaxing holiday away from the busy city. Famous for its beautiful beaches and wetlands, there are plenty of outdoor activities to do in this area. The Tootgarook wetlands are home to many types of frogs and bird species, and you can enjoy an easy 30 minute walk through this stunning natural environment. The foreshore beach is the perfect spot for a picnic and swim, with shallow water for the whole family to enjoy.



Getting Around:

Walk to public transport (bus) which will take you to Rye, Sorrento Portsea etc, or the other direction to Dromana, Mount Martha, Mornington.
