With three beautifully appointed bedrooms and two luxurious bathrooms, including two with baths for a relaxing soak, there’s plenty of space to unwind. Step outside to the covered deck to enjoy the views, or head up to the rooftop terrace, complete with built-in BBQ — perfect for summer dining and entertaining.

Dromana is a wonderful base for exploring the Mornington Peninsula, with the beach, local cafés, restaurants and shops all close by. Spend the day swimming or exploring the coastline, wander through the local markets, enjoy a meal overlooking the bay or head out to the Peninsula’s many wineries, breweries and farm gates. The Peninsula Hot Springs and Arthurs Seat are also within easy reach, making SeaView Penthouse an ideal spot for a relaxing coastal getaway.

We welcome guests to book that are going to use the property respectfully. We have a very strict no party policy at the house, which means no loud music day or night and at 11pm we ask you to move inside with no noise to the neighbours. We love our neighbours and want to look after them.

Your booking is for the whole property. Shortly before your arrival date you will be provided with details on how to access the property. Linen, bath towels and starter amenities are provided for your convenience.

Security cameras are installed in the building’s lift and common areas for building security. There are no cameras inside the apartment or positioned to view the interior of the apartment.

Strictly no pets.

Sorry no hens, bucks and absolutely no schoolies bookings of any kind, not even quiet ones :)
