Overall stay was fine as location was good. However…, Food orders take too long. Previous occupants dishes were still in the room. Beds are too small and not all that comfortable. Pillow menu requires extra $. Breakfast was plentiful and staff at breakfast were attentive.

The bed was very comfortable. Bathroom was small and shower over the bath was a bit slippery for a 73 year old.

The room I had the spa made more noise then it did working . It was poor I was disappointed with the in room spa. Not worth the money I spent for that room . The upstairs communal spa was good of course but If I wanted a communal spa I would've found a cheaper option . The room was a lil untidy other then that the service was good.

The property is old and run down, the air conditioning not able to handle the hot Melbourne days and the options to resolve limited. Disappointed with our stay - the only saving grace was the close proximity to the AO tennis precinct.

The buffet was very disappointing. Limited food and often ran out of options or topping up. hardly any fruit, waiting for service in the kitchen for omelettes. Cooks seemed stressed due to heavy workload. On Sunday no pastries or fruit at 10am!
