This is a peaceful residential building — please be considerate of neighbours.

🚭 No Smoking
No smoking or vaping is permitted inside the apartment or in common areas.
A cleaning fee will apply if this rule is violated.

🐾 No Pets
Pets are not allowed in the apartment.

🔑 Lost Key Policy
A fee applies for lost or unreturned keys. Please keep them safe during your stay.

👤 Extra Guests
The booking includes the number of guests selected at the time of reservation.
An additional fee of $20 per person, per night applies for extra guests not included in the original booking.

All guests must be registered prior to check-in.

🔐 Guest ID Requirement

For building security and key management, we kindly ask all confirmed guests to provide a valid government-issued ID and a selfie after booking. This helps ensure the safety and smooth check-in process for everyone.

Please Note:
A refundable pre-authorization hold will be placed on your card before check-in to cover any potential accidental damage. This is not a charge, and it will be automatically released 5-7 days after check-out if everything is in order.
