The Beach Haven - 4 bedroom luxury house Sleeps 12-14

After a few years as our family home and refurbishment, our Beach Haven is back for guests to enjoy as much as we have.
This immaculate 4 bedroom private home can comfortably sleep 12-14. This home has been perfectly designed with a flexible floor plan for large family groups with spaces to keep everyone entertained with many areas of sanctuary. Some features include 2 lounge areas and 2 TVs including WIFI. The modern kitchen is bright and white with an open plan living. The huge deck area has a large outdoor table, BBQ and day bed, perfect for lazing around on your getaway. Strictly no parties. Bed Linen is not included in the rate but can be supplied at extra cost.

The space
Hidden in the beautiful surroundings of Rye with the back beach only a short walk away.

The luxurious and comfortable home has been designed to accommodate family groups and holiday-makers. The spacious design and the elegant yet casual decor provide little reason for you to ever leave the property.

The vast double ceiling hallway greets you at the front door, fitted with security door. A beautiful entry that gushes natural light and polished floor boards, walks through to the front lounge. Carpeted for comfort, includes TV, plush couch with chaise plus pull out sofa ottoman. There are three distinctive living zones that provide excellent entertaining options or if you are sharing the house with family you can always find a place for some solitude. The property is configured with 2 indoor living zones as well as an outdoor expansive deck.

Beach Haven is a fabulous property for those who want a beach side holiday yet who appreciate privacy, quiet, quality and modern living.

The indoor living area is decked out with modern fixtures and furniture. There's also a comfortable separate living room. Both living areas offer a TV with WiFi, Netflix, disney+ and prime video to
Name a few. It truly is a delightful place to relax or to catch up with friends and family. Another wonderful feature of Beach Haven is the sense of privacy it provides.

This home is perfect for a weekend away or an extended family holiday. The kitchen has been fitted with luxury appliances; gas cooktop, dishwasher, oven and microwave plus spacious butler's pantry and Nespresso coffee machine. Again for those who don't wish to venture from the house you will find the kitchen delightful and probably a little inspiring.

An open plan design flows from the kitchen and island bench with 4 bar stools for easy entertaining; through the dining area and living space on to the deck. Four stackable glass doors open out onto the relaxing deck , great for morning coffees, lazy afternoon naps and BBQ dinners watching the sunset.

The modern dining table seats 8-10 and has extra dining chairs that can be found in each bedroom. Perfect for entertaining large families.

The outdoor table with 8-10 seats has views of the garden and back yard and sits perched up high for the beautiful beach breeze. There is a 4 burner BBQ on the deck to entertain the family.

Bed & Bath
Each of the 4 bedrooms have been carpeted for your comfort. The master bedroom is a wonderful sized room with it's own ensuite, a Queen bed, built in robe, an additional king single bed. If you didn't score the master bedroom, not to worry as there are 2 other spacious bedrooms with Queen beds, built in robes; complete with soft furnishings and artwork. The 4th bedroom has 2 single bunks with a double bed which sleeps 5 comfortably.

All bedrooms have built in robes with plenty of storage space. The separate lounge contains a comfortable double size fold out ottoman.

You can most comfortably sleep 12 guests at Beach Haven, however there is a sofa bed enabling it to cater for a maximum of 14 people. The 3rd bedroom is perfect for the kids with a set of tri bunks and a double bed, sleeping 5 in total. The second living room also doubles as a fifth bedroom if required, with a double sofa bed. As you would expect there is also a central bathroom matched in quality.

For your convenience, this property can be instantly booked, however please note we still need to approve the booking.

The front garden has beautiful trees, grass area, plus a 2 car driveway which drives into a huge double garage with storage area and table tennis.

Bedroom windows are double glazed and fitted with fly screens and block out blinds.

Two bathrooms plus laundry with washing machine and dryer complete the house. Central heating will keep you warm, or air conditioning will keep you cool.

Fittedand and flat sheets can be provided at an additional fee. We include towels, beach towels and doona covers, pillow cases plus extra blankets if necessary. We have put in that extra comfort for our guests and expect that care is taken as if it were your own home.

This house has been designed for families and large parties are not permitted. Schoolies is girls only and parent involvement is requested.
