Set on 1500 square metres of private land and just 400 metres from a serene stretch of Balnarring Beach, this is an ideal place to cosy up with loved ones, enjoy crisp coastal walks, and embrace the quiet charm of the Mornington Peninsula in the cooler months.

Nestled on 1500 square metres of private land and only 400 metres from one of Balnarring Beach’s most beautiful stretches, this home offers a warm and inviting setting for quality time away with family and friends during winter.



Our rustic 3-bedroom A-frame home is designed for comfort and connection. The ground level includes one bedroom, bathroom, and laundry, while the open-plan living and kitchen area—with a northerly aspect—fills with soft winter light and opens onto a private front deck. Upstairs, two additional bedrooms and a family room lead out to a balcony with a peaceful treed outlook—perfect for quiet mornings or relaxed afternoons.



Located in picturesque Balnarring Beach, you’ll have access to the best of the Mornington Peninsula—from award-winning wineries and cosy restaurants to scenic coastal walks and nature trails, all ideal for exploring in the cooler months.



With 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, and generous indoor and outdoor living spaces, this home is perfect for families, groups of friends, or couples seeking a relaxed and cosy winter getaway.

Please note that there is a steep spiral staircase to the second level, which may not be suitable for very young children.



The main living area includes a split system (heating and cooling) along with a wood fire burner to keep the home warm and comfortable throughout your stay.

3. According to local laws, all outdoor areas, including decks, balconies, spas, and pools, are off-limits after 10 PM on weekdays and 11 PM on weekends.

4. No parties or unapproved gatherings are allowed at any time.

5. Loud music or activities that disturb neighbours are prohibited at all times; the property has Noise Alarms.

6. Strictly no "schoolies", hens or bucks bookings. Please adhere to this policy.

7. No bookings from groups under the age of 28.

8. Smoking is prohibited both inside and outside the property.
