Lo Studio Eco House

"Lo Studio" è un rifugio tranquillo con ampio spazio aperto e due camere da letto, un bagno, una polvere e una lavanderia. C'è una cucina completamente attrezzata, un grande tavolo da pranzo e una grande TV. Gli ospiti possono giocare a ping-pong. C'è una grande selezione di libri e DVD e un barbecue sul veranda posteriore.

"Lo Studio" si trova nella parte posteriore del nostro grande blocco e si annida tra gli alberi da frutto. È un edificio ecologico progettato e costruito da Andrew alcuni anni fa. Le caratteristiche ecologiche sono le finestre a doppi vetri, l'energia solare, le finestre a nord e l'isolamento massimo. Una camera da letto ha un letto matrimoniale, una cassettiera e un armadio costruito. L'altra camera da letto ha due letti singoli, una cassettiera e una scrivania. Se necessario, un materasso queen size può essere installato sul pavimento di questa stanza. Un portacot Babyhood Dormire può essere installato in entrambe le camere da letto, se necessario, ma è necessario il proprio lenzuolo / coperte per questo. Ogni camera ha aria condizionata a ciclo inverso come la sala studio principale. Se necessario, è possibile impostare un'estremità della stanza da studio con un materasso a doppia grandezza Koala sul pavimento dietro uno schermo.

"Lo Studio" è un soggiorno con angolo cottura con alcune disposizioni di base per la prima colazione: cereali, latte, tè e caffè.

Rigorosamente non è consentito organizzare feste presso "The Studio".

Bacchus Marsh ha molto da offrire con i parchi e le gole, i frutteti sul viale d'onore, la raccolta delle bacche, cantine, caffè e ristoranti. Fa anche una grande base per esplorare ulteriormente. Bacchus Marsh è vicino a Ballarat e Daylesford ed è a soli 45 minuti di auto da Geelong o Melbourne nei fine settimana.

"Lo Studio" è a circa 5 minuti di auto dal centro di Bacchus Marsh e 7 minuti dalla stazione ferroviaria. Una fermata dell'autobus si trova a soli 100 metri di distanza.

The info on the web site was not the reality. Although our stay was pet friendly we didn’t expect to share our space with the owners pets or exceptionally early morning rising with the owners pet roosters. Also, even if everything was eco friendly, no need to keep all past peoples old food and toiletries. Plenty of room for children to play indoors but the outside was very tired and an offered trampoline was just not operational. Without a dishwasher, we needed washing liquid to be provided . The owners were very hospitable but the property just needed a lot of work to continue as an up to date rental holiday accommodation.

The studio is generous in size and comfort. It was a great meeting place for our family who live in Bacchus and the teenagers enjoyed playing table tennis. It was interesting to be amongst the property orchard and watch their dog round up their free range chooks. The location is convenient to the community of Bacchus Marsh and interesting local towns and villages. Although very near to a freeway and busy main roads we were never troubled by traffic noise. We stayed for seven nights and happily recommend this accommodation.

We had a great stay at the studio. There was plenty of room for our group of 6 and everything was clean, organised and comfortable. The large kitchen and excellent air conditioning was especially appreciated. Thanks Andrew :)

You'd never know this is easy access, right of the m8! Convenient to Bacchus Marsh, just a couple of blocks away. Great bed, wonderful living area and kitchen. Excellent host. Friendly dogs. Down the lane behind the fruit orchard, an incredible house to yourself. Private, peaceful, quiet, comfortable. And great communication with host. Our dog loved daily walks around the large garden and meeting the hosts dogs. Unique design for building and furnishings. It's clear that a lot of love, care and attention to detail went into creating this home away from home. Everything you'd want and need available in the studio or short 5 minute drive to town. Everything about it is impressive, right down to the dishes and coffee machine. Highly recommend staying at the studio when in or passing by this area. Top quality in every way.

We had a great stay at the studio, it had everything we needed, very clean and comfortable and it had a great undercover area at the back of house to eat our breakfast, relax and take in the property views, Andrew the host communicated with us to make sure we had a great stay, the property is very close to town, if we’re ever in the area, again I’ll definitely be looking up this property again

Stayed for 3 nights, but should've stayed longer. Nice and clean, with everything supplied for a self stay. Lovely fenced property off the main road, and the gardens/trees are a pleasure to view over a morning coffee. Beds comfy, modern amenities with plenty of room in both bedrooms and family/dining/kitchen.

It was a lovely place to stay. We had a group of six adults, a baby and a ten year old. The kitchen was well equipped, gas stove, lovely big space, lots of light, and comfortable beds. A bit of a drive to get to from Melton but well and truly worth the drive💕 Garden was a nice addition, along with the trampoline and the morning visit from the dog.

Returned to stay @The Studio for a Convention in Melton. It is just a lovely place to stay. Everything is there. Fantastic surroundings with easy access to Freeway and also Bacchus Marsh. Nice little visit from the dogs during the visit topped the weekend off. Thanks again guys, I hope the plug doesn't mean we don't get to book again. 😂😂

This place deserves more than an excellent rating. It was quiet, serene & just beautiful! It’s a place off the beaten path located at the far back of the residents home. Plenty of room to spread out & the fruit trees & chickens were a delight especially for our granddaughter. The studio is close to Darley as well as Bacchus Marsh although we were at our son’s house for most of the day. The security that surrounds the house is very helpful especially at night when we got in. If you want peace & quiet, this place is awesome. We will be seeing you again Andrew!

5 night stay to attend a family wedding. Property was very close to town of Bacchus Marsh. Private, spacious, clean and comfortable. Basic provisions in kitchen and some toiletries. If we had to make a suggestion, then an automatic gate at the entrance to driveway would be wonderful.
