Guest access
Guests have onsite parking and lock box access for self check-in and check-out.
Other things to note
- Please note that the 5-acre farm is one of two holiday rental properties on the land, with both completely separated from one another and do not share any facilities, allowing guests to relax in full privacy. The only area you might encounter other guests might be while feeding the animals that graze the paddocks.
- A security camera is installed in the driveway to monitor traffic, ensuring safety without affecting your privacy.
- Only number of guests that are booked will be allowed. Guests that are not booked will be asked to leave the premises.

- No fires on total fire ban days

- If you have any leftover food, please leave it in the fridge or benchtop, our chickens will happily finish it off for you.

- Tuscan farmhouse is surrounded by other farms and rural properties so strictly no parties or loud music – you will be asked to leave if house rules are broken.
