ThE SPACE

Wave House Rye is more than just a place to stay; it's an experience. The architecture seamlessly blends with the peaceful surroundings, offering a sanctuary for those looking to escape the hustle and bustle. Every corner of this home has been thoughtfully designed to evoke a sense of calm and relaxation.

**SPECIAL CONDITIONS FOR INCLUSION OF THE STUDIO**
We have just added an external studio to the listing located on the ground floor which can be included at an EXTRA COST. It has a separate entrance and no internal connection to the house, so it is accessed via the front garden. The studio has its own powder room with toilet and basin. The advertised price for the property is for 6 guests inside the main house. You are more than welcome to use the studio but please just make sure your guest numbers are 7 or 8 as this will trigger the additional cost of $100 per night to be added. So if you are on a girls weekend of 4 gurests and all want separate beds, just change your numbers to 7 to open up the studio. If you are a family and need somewhere to work from home or study without using the bed etc then by all means please just enquire about your options to use this space and we will try and accommodate.

We stayed to celebrate a quiet 40th birthday. The house was immaculate, cosy and had more than we needed. It really ticked every box. Ben was great to deal with. We will definitely be booking again.
