“Our stay was really nice but a few things were disappointing. We upgraded our room to deluxe but it felt really small. The pool was closed which was disappointing.
There were many positives to our stay. Staff were very friendly and attentive. Lovely bottle of wine for our anniversary which was very kind. We were overcharged for cocktails during happy hour but staff assured us we would receive a refund for that. Overall I really nice stay with wonderful staff ”

“The city location of this apartment is excellent for all trams and especially Southern Cross station.
The room I had was spacious with a well equipped kitchen. Great view too. It was clean and fresh towels provided and bins emptied on request.
The reception staff were friendly and helpful.
My only problem was the noise from the nearby train line. Reception gave me earplugs and that worked well!
I would definitely return to these apartments next time I am in Melbourne.”

“We booked through expedia and when we went to check in we were told that our booking was for a standard king room and not the double/twin king room we paid for. We ended up getting back reward credit from expedia but it still worked out that we overpaid for the room.
Everything felt like an up sale. Want to check in earlier thats $50, want both your rooms in the same floor that would be $30 per room per night. Want the double/twin king room that we paid for but expedia/crown wrongly booked...

“Newish hotel, great decor with on site restaurants and bar. It’s close enough to the shopping district but far enough away to miss out on the noise and hustle.
Decent gym and indoor swimming pool on the top floor. Cleanliness was hit and miss, with hair on the bathroom bench when we arrived and our room service tray left outside our door, uncollected for over 24 hrs.
Staff were friendly and accomodating. ”
