“Beautiful hotel, staff are so friendly and helpful. Facilities great, hotel feel is laid back and luxurious but not fussy. Very clean and beautifully kept grounds. Location is great 30 minute walk to beautiful little town Panormo which has plenty restaurants, bars and a few shops. 30 minute drive into the city of Rethymno. I highly recommend this hotel for a relaxed base to explore Crete, we stayed for 1 week and felt we could have easily stayed another few days. ”

“It was our anniversary trip and we have been really spoilt in the resort. At the arrival we got an upgrade to the Creta Royal 5* which gave us access to the restaurants, pool and everything of that side of the resort which was amazing!

"Una struttura meravigliosa. Un resort completo di ogni cosa, personale gentilissimo e buona cucina. Il posto è meraviglioso. Una spiaggetta privata con bar e ristorante, mare splendido. Ma anche una spiaggetta pubblica molto bella con tutti ristoranti e negozietti, essendo un piccolo paese, Unica pecca che abbiamo trovato è stata la pulizia della camera, nel senso che non ci hanno mai sostituito gli asciugamani nei sette giorni complessivi. Per il resto, sicuramente ci torneremo!"
